Can I place an order without creating an account?
No cannot. It is compulsory to make an account to place an order. This is because for easier and organized tracking system at our end for your parcel to be packed and for recorded purpose for Warranty Claim in the future.
How do I cancel my order?
Yes However, cancellation is only applicable if the order has NOT been process (No tracking number). Kindly drop us an email to us at support@wantjoin.sg or chat with us via the Chat Button on the bottom right for order cancellation request
**Cancellation request by customer will be subjected to 5% transaction charges or RM 10 Minimum transaction charges (*which ever higher) that will be deducted from the refund amount.
When will my order arrive?
Maximum 7 working days. However, we usually ship out the order within 3 working days just in case we need to transfer the product from warehouse or other outlets.
Do you ship outside of Malaysia?
No, currently we only ship within Malaysia (both West Msia and East Msia).
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive the Tracking Number once your order have been process.

Can I return an item?
1. Customers have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, the returned item MUST be:
• Unused, Sealed condition in the same condition that customers have received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met.
4. If the returned item that does not satisfy the requirements above may not qualify for a refund.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty( Manufactured Damage), please take photos and a Video (if the issue can be recorded) of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@wantjoin.sg with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

If the product sealed has been opened and customer is not satisfy with the performance or shape design or feels of us, it is NOT eligible for the Return procedure.
